本文通过对春唐热力公司现状具体分析,指出目前公司发展存在的主要问 题。加以运用SWOT工具,分别对公司所处的内部环境、行业竞争环境和宏观环 境客观分析,并结合公司的优劣势、机会和威胁因素,提出公司战略发展目标, 进而进行战略选择,扭转型战略即一体化战略、技术创新战略和低碳节能战略。 找到实现春唐热力公司跨越式发展的方式方法,提高企业供热能力和效率,推 进供热产业化进程。在保证环境效益以及社会效益的前提下,提高企业经济效 益。论文最后阐述了战略的实施方式和保障措施,扬长补短,通过打通上下游 产业链,以技术创新进为突破,低碳节能发展为铺垫配合人力资源等保障措施, 扭转劣势,提高企业内部管理。最后落地于服务质量和工作效能的蜕变,从而 增强用户满意度,员工幸福度,工作效率度,实现企业健康快速发展。
